A family came to us to design a multi-generational journey through Japan, weaving culture, gastronomy and rare local access across Tokyo, Kyoto and Hakone. The brief was specific: real cultural immersion, full privacy, Michelin-level dining, and a rhythm that balanced the cities against quieter stops.

A client came to us for a scenic route across New Zealand, built around nature, contrast in landscapes and clean logistics, with hotels chosen for both location and atmosphere.

We structured the route Auckland to Christchurch to Queenstown and back to Auckland, with domestic flights and transfers aligned for clean transitions. The pace gave real time on the ground in each place rather than chase the map, with a final night in Auckland to close the trip before the long flight home.

The CEO of a company came to us for a winter holiday in Courchevel of the highest order: the right hotel, an impressive restaurant plan and continuous on-site support throughout the stay.

We secured Cheval Blanc Courchevel six months ahead and built the dining around it, with lunches and dinners booked across the resort's strongest tables, including Lou Lou and Bagatelle. Several of the most in-demand reservations were confirmed as last-minute additions to seats that rarely move.

A client staying at one of the Maldives' most exclusive private island resorts asked us to turn his wife's birthday into something she would remember for years. We had a few days.

Our team flew in a thousand roses in the exact colour requested, arranged a private island dinner with a live band, dressed the villa in custom florals, scattered petals across the pool, and timed the reveal to the minute. Theoversized installation was too large to fly, so we brought it in by private boat.

Inside two days, we built the celebration from scratch, confirmed a tailored proposal, and locked in every supplier so the day itself would unfold without a single thing to chase. The challenge was time, with no margin for anything to slip.

A business trip to Singapore was confirmed at short notice. The client needed two things at once: a visa issued in time, and a hotel of the right calibre at a moment when every top property in the city was already taken.

Within a narrow window, we secured the visa, confirmed an exceptional hotel against the odds, and built out the full itinerary with the flexibility to extend onward to Hong Kong. Everything was handled before the client landed.
